"Thoet Phra Kiat" is a magnificent tribute performance by the Silp Isan Ponglang Band from Mahasarakham University, the national champion of the 2025 traditional folk music competition (competing for the Royal Trophy of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother). Created to honor and express deep loyalty to the Thai monarchy, this piece beautifully integrates Isan folk music, vocal chanting (Mor Lam), and traditional dance. It features highly graceful choreography and a newly arranged, contemporary Ponglang music score that preserves the authentic Isan cultural identity.
