Thothana Naga" is a contemporary dance performance that brings to life the legend of "Thothana Naga" from the ancient Urangkhani Tan text. The story follows Thothana Naga, who, after listening to the Lord Buddha's sermon, becomes profoundly faithful and is reborn in the Tavatimsa Heaven. There, he takes on the divine duty of creating and releasing rivers down to the earthly realm to nourish humanity and bring natural abundance. This magnificent performance premiered at the Sithan Festival 2025, beautifully executed by the elegant dancers of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University.
