"Han Naew" Pha Ai Boeng Chiang Khan is a cultural lifestyle performance created by the Phet Phlanchai Ponglang Band from Roi Et College of Dramatic Arts for a royal trophy folk music competition. The performance highlights the unique "Phi Khon Nam" tradition, a local folk play and ritual of the villagers in Na Sao sub-district, Chiang Khan district, Loei province. The ritual is held to express gratitude to cattle, pray for seasonal rain, and make offerings to ancestral spirits, beautifully portrayed through vibrant music and joyful dance movements.
