Core Information

Manorah Len Nam

Creator:Roi Et College of Dramatic Arts

"Fon Manorah Len Nam Lam Phloen" is an Isan folk dance performance that presents the folklore and legend of Phra Suthon and the seven Manorah (Kinnaree) sisters who fly down, remove their wings and tails, and joyfully play in the Anodard pond. The choreography is intricately designed to capture the graceful and delicate movements typical of Kinnarees. It is beautifully blended with the upbeat, exciting, and highly entertaining "Lam Phloen" musical and vocal rhythm, a signature of Isan folk art. This harmoniously makes the performance stand out both in its rich literary roots and contemporary performing arts style.
