"Sang Na" is a performance by the Akkahasi Ponglang Band, created for the royal trophy folk music competition at the Isan Local Recreation Wisdom Festival in 2023 (Under 25 category). This performance showcases the traditional Isan way of life and the ancient "Bun Boek Fa" festival. Deeply rooted in Maha Sarakham, this festival is held annually on the 3rd waxing moon day of the 3rd lunar month to celebrate the opening of the rain gates, worship the Rice Goddess (Phosop), and prepare for the new agricultural season.
