"Kin Dong" is a creative dramatic performance that vividly reflects the traditional Isan wedding culture as it was practiced around the year 1993. The choreography innovatively transforms cultural and historical data into a beautiful and expressive dance. The performance deeply portrays the vintage Isan wedding lifestyle by intricately intertwining the traditional "Phaya" (Isan proverbs and teachings) imparted to the bride and groom. Additionally, it features a reenactment of the sacred "Su Khwan" (wrist-tying blessing) ritual, offering a profound glimpse into the local beliefs and highly auspicious wedding customs of the past.
